As part of registration, you'll review and sign a Buyer's Broker Agreement via DocuSign, authorizing iGrow GroupE, LLC to represent you in sourcing and negotiating your container farm purchase.
Why we require registration: Registering authorizes iGrow GroupE, LLC to represent you to our container farm manufacturers as your buyer's broker. This protects you by giving you a dedicated advocate in the buying process, and it protects us by documenting that your inquiry came through iGrow GroupE, LLC — so if you and a manufacturer connect directly down the line, we have a signed record showing you were our registered buyer.
Buyer's Broker Agreement
This Exclusive Commercial Equipment Procurement Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into and made effective as of the Effective Date, by and between the Buyer and iGrow GroupE, LLC, with a principal place of business at 651 N. Broad Street, Suite 201, Middletown, DE 19709 (the "Broker"). The Broker is appointed as the Buyer's exclusive procurement agent and representative on a worldwide basis for the sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and facilitation of brand-new, commercial-grade automated shipping container farms and associated agricultural technology.
